I'm 5'4 and 115 pounds,and I want to put on weight. I don't do cardio, I only use a TRX suspension trainer. I'm only 13 so my metabolism is probably really high. How man times a week should I work out

Turns out my concept of Paleo meal was a bit restrictive/flawed. I used to think one needs to have meat in all the 3 meals in the day... Just to make out how I can work things for myself... how many of your meals per day consists of meat/egg? (more)

I've heard that eating different foods at separate times is better. For example, eat meat for one meal, veggies for another meal, etc. Thoughts? Data?

Your fear of carbs is unfounded, no one develops diabetes from eating natural carbs, some doctors even cure diabetes with high carb diets. If your trying to maintain weight your doing yourself a disservice by limiting carbs.
