I'm 5'4 and 115 pounds,and I want to put on weight. I don't do cardio, I only use a TRX suspension trainer. I'm only 13 so my metabolism is probably really high. How man times a week should I work out

Turns out my concept of Paleo meal was a bit restrictive/flawed. I used to think one needs to have meat in all the 3 meals in the day... Just to make out how I can work things for myself... how many of your meals per day consists of meat/egg? (more)

bulletproof coffee for breakfast (though sometimes bacon and eggs) meat for lunch fish (or more meat, less often) for dinner seems to be working well for me at the moment.

I've heard that eating different foods at separate times is better. For example, eat meat for one meal, veggies for another meal, etc. Thoughts? Data?

The weight loss could be fluid loss. Jump up to 70 grams and see if the water returns if not try 100-150 grams. However water retention is not that great of a thing...

What are your goals? It sounds like you are interested in strength. If so check out the book "Beyond Bodybuilding" by Pavel Tsatsouline. His advice is priceless.
