Everyone says that if you eat a lot of fruit the sugar in it will still make you fat. Fruits are better than m&m's but you can still overeat them and gain weight.
Well, then how is it possible that i can eat a LOAD of sugary fruit (like 10-15 pounds of watermelon a day), overeat my maintanance but still lose weight? And it has been my real life expirience. I love fruit and it makes me extremely happy that i can truly eat as much as i want and it seemes that in my case those calories barely count. Has anyone heard anythibg simmilar?
Btw when i was massively overeating watermelons i was 5'7 tall and weighed 147 pounds and i went from that to 136 in about a month while overdoing my maintainance (2500cals) with fruit

Different folks different metabolism. Healthy people can do several things with excess calories. They can fidget to burn them off, increase their rate of activity, or replenish glycogen stores in their liver or muscle, or store them in fat.
