5'7 and 135ish is a perfectly healthy weight. If you do choose to lose 10 pounds, you will still be at a healthy weight. I recommend just watching what you eat (including cutting out that gluten) until you are comfortable with your weight. I am... (more)

This looks like the classic overtraining problem. You're working out 5 days a week on only 1900 cals a day. That's enough to tell your body to store all the energy it can because you're going way too hard. 1900 cals with 20g carbs is great, but... (more)
