I keep some in a container in my shower window and it seems to heat up, melt and resolidify daily. After doing this a number of times, it gets white spots in it. Not sure what it is exactly, but that seems to be the cause. I just use that one... (more)

It's a great question, never mind the naysayers. I have had no ill effects from not wearing socks, and my significant other says my feet actually smell BETTER since I stopped wearing them. Socks actually contribute to fungal growth because they... (more)

I believe primitive living is contrary to a paleo lifestyle. Do not over it, please. Eat healthy, but don't recede. Seriously, all those obsessive questions are nuts. "are socks paleo? is my dog breed paleo?" and so on. Remember, "paleo" is a... (more)
