I dropped my blender last week and am in dire need of a replacement. Is there a paleo-approved frontrunner? I'm thinking I'll get a hand/stick one (like the kitchenaid immersion) for small stuff, mayo, and baby food but I really need a regular one... (more)

I have a related question. I am really sensitive to ingesting air - one sip of a carbonated drink and I'm instantly uncomfortable. Can't burp properly. Wondering if any of the above brands are less "airy" than others, like they whip less air... (more)

I wear a FitBit to keep general track of how active I am on any given day, but I don't trust the numbers to be accurate to the step and I definitely put no credence in the calories burned.
