a) Muscle Milk is not paleo b) Fish Oil has been shown to help build muscle (and muscle adds weight, so I suppose it indirectly helps you gain weight)

I really don't know. For me, yes. I gained weight while on it. And weight went down once off it. It could depend on so many factors - individual as well as what type of birth control you take.
