I have built loads of lean muscle mass over the last 5 weeks by eating around 170-180 grams of lean meat a day and by having a decent protein shake post workout! This works for me! I don't calorie count as i eat well 24/7 ! :)

You can gain weight one of two ways. You can get fatter by over eating but you really shouldn't do that. I mean, why on earth would you??? OR, you can gain some muscle by lifting weights. Starting Strength will have you looking like a goddess. (more)

a) Muscle Milk is not paleo b) Fish Oil has been shown to help build muscle (and muscle adds weight, so I suppose it indirectly helps you gain weight)
