Surely it's just PMS if you're female and can be ignored and will pass. Also you might just be going to catch a germ, a cold or sore throat so just get to bed very early each night, have naps, drink plenty of water and it may pass. (more)

He needs to FIX his digestion. Overfeeding may actually make it worth. He needs to experiment to see which foods digest the easiest and stick with those. I was in the same boat. Fruits did not help. I would limit fruits to no more than... (more)

Ripped and Insanity are the wrong type of workouts for you. Little to no cardio and weight training is what you should be doing. Lift heavy.
