First off, what are you eating? Also, if you're adding tons of fat to everything, you might want to restrict that a little. In the end, calories do count. Its debatable how much they influence weight loss, but they definitely 100% play a role. (more)

This looks like the classic overtraining problem. You're working out 5 days a week on only 1900 cals a day. That's enough to tell your body to store all the energy it can because you're going way too hard. 1900 cals with 20g carbs is great, but... (more)

Ditch the creamer for some real grass-fed, heavy cream. Ditch the alcohol as well. "Where's the beef?" Forget "lean pork" or lean anything, for that matter. The fattier, the better. I didn't see any red meat listed in your menu. Try beef, bison,... (more)
