Have you looked into histamine intolerance? I'm dealing with the exact same issue and it can really ruin your life. If I don't eat, I'm fine, just hungry. But if I eat anything protein within half an hour I feel brain dead and have heavy limbs.... (more)

If you take a PPI and that does not work.... its your gallbladder. Had the same problem, tried everything to fix it, had the gallbladder taken out. No more problem.
