Have you looked into histamine intolerance? I'm dealing with the exact same issue and it can really ruin your life. If I don't eat, I'm fine, just hungry. But if I eat anything protein within half an hour I feel brain dead and have heavy limbs.... (more)

If you take a PPI and that does not work.... its your gallbladder. Had the same problem, tried everything to fix it, had the gallbladder taken out. No more problem.

The GAPS diet is a healing protocol, no? It seems like your best bet would be to lay off the gym for a bit and let your body do just that: heal. You don't have to become a comatose vegetable, but doing anything intense is probably not the best... (more)

Sounds good! I take collagen supplements in orange juice. One thing to note is that OJ and gelatin can sometimes be harsh on the tummy. No idea why but both some people I know and myself have had that experience.
