Have you looked into histamine intolerance? I'm dealing with the exact same issue and it can really ruin your life. If I don't eat, I'm fine, just hungry. But if I eat anything protein within half an hour I feel brain dead and have heavy limbs.... (more)

I have no idea what the GAPS Diet is, but cutting sweetened foods, nuts and veg oils allowed me to get rid of acne entirely. You might also want to have a look at the effects dairy has on your skin.

The advice you've gotten here is good. You also need to be a bit patient with yourself, which is often hard. A month or two is not enough to turn it around fully. Good luck.

If you take a PPI and that does not work.... its your gallbladder. Had the same problem, tried everything to fix it, had the gallbladder taken out. No more problem.

As FODMAPS is concerned with fermentable sugars, you should be safe with aged goat cheese, where all the lactose is already fermented, meaning there are no sugars left.

Do the GAPS. I would only do Probiotics for a week at a time if you have the money. You need to find a good brand such as Garden of Life.
