You don't need any salmon oil. Simply buy wild salmon and eat it (or in cans).

Yes eggs cause gas in stomach, mostly the white part of the egg cause gas in stomach.

Phytic acid perforates the gut (causing "leaky gut" syndrome in some people) and can damadge the villi in the small intestine, but it's the raffinose that causes gas.
