Yes eggs cause gas in stomach, mostly the white part of the egg cause gas in stomach.

As my blood sugar spikes have leveled out, so have the the anxiety spikes. Perhaps the brain has a protective panic button when reacting to the huge swings of blood sugar in the SAD diet.
