Yeah, I'm allergic to dairy, but I can tolerate ghee well. This totally changes when I add capsaicin containing spices. Haven't tried pepper yet.

Funny, it sounds like it could be asthma to me. I was mis-diagnosed several times as a child. I'd have his vitamin D status checked. Keeping the blood level on the higher end (70 ng/ml) seems to be beneficial for those with asthma (anecdotally.) (more)
