Cut the bread, no grains at all. I have great success with low carb but everyone is different. Drink lots of water!

My goal is to not purchase any produce (except berries) from June - October of this year. I have canceled my CSA, I have all the leaves from my yard composting as we speak. I am going to make my garden my sole source of vegetables.

In typical male form, rather than rewarding myself when I hit a milestone, I invest in a bunch of clothes so that I stand to lose a lot of money if I regain the fat.
