Mucous from dairy is a sign of intolerance. I would drop it or try raw dairy. Other foods that help with cavities are liver, shellfish, grassfed ghee (you can make your own from grassfed butter,) bone marrow, etc. You don't have to eat dairy... (more)

Try making some goat kefir and see what the result is. If you've got a problem with lactose, the side effects would be gas, not mucus, so it's likely it's the casein that's problematic. For me, anything with cow dairy over small amounts causes... (more)

Seriously, I see comparisons of cows milk to goat milk and lots of sales pitches for goats milk. What are the downside of goat milk specifically. Why is it a bad choice?

Which do you think is better (healthier) for me in your morning coffee or tea if you like a creamy cup? Please note I do not like coconut milk or eggs in my coffee. And do you know if they make heavy cream from goats?
