You left out a vital part of the equation. "What are you doing physically to need that kind of caloric excess?" I did GOMAD when I did Starting Strength for about 12 weeks, simply because I couldn't gain at the rate necessary to really max out... (more)

Or a gallon of milk a day? Right now I am trying to put on weight as I am very skinny and have hit a plateau on my lifts. Besides milk, I am pretty much 100% paleo. It's just way too difficult for me to take in enough calories on a paleo... (more)
