Yes not technically paleo...but we all know where that argument leads. Has anyone tried the GOMAD protocol with good results? Ever thought of trying it with goat's milk? I tolerate dairy very well, and have basically no ill-effects whatsoever... (more)

You left out a vital part of the equation. "What are you doing physically to need that kind of caloric excess?" I did GOMAD when I did Starting Strength for about 12 weeks, simply because I couldn't gain at the rate necessary to really max out... (more)

I'm interested in gaining a decent amount of muscle mass with heavy compound lifts and the right diet. Standard Starting Strength answer is GOMAD, and I've done that for a while (I seem to tolerate dairy very well, thankfully.) I'm just curious... (more)
