Earthing is likely woo nonsense. Yeah, it might be bugs, it might be pesticides on the gress, it might be weed killer you're reacting to.

IIRC most Horizon products are pasteurized using HTST which you may find some some difficulties culturing. Here's something I found with a quick google search. (more)

You know it just occurred to me that cows aren't paleo. They eat their grass seeds and all. This is really serious stuff. It calls the whole premise into question. This aggression will not stand, man.

Apart from what's been mentionted, salt in the marinade might dry things out and adversely affect the end product...

I live in NYC and all the Whole Foods grass fed beef comes from a local farm- http://www.simplygrazin.com/. I think it tastes great, but I haven't eaten conventional meat in years so my taste buds might be corrupted... (more)

You do realize that if the cows are pastured and free range, there is a 100% chance that they are eating wheat and other grains/seeds of grasses when in season, right? Advice: stop worrying about this so much.

After a short trip to FLorida I definitely noticed a difference between the grass fed beef in the southeast compared to the southwest, perhaps its all the rainfall and green grass in the Southeast? Regardless Id like to continue to get it from... (more)

I can't find 100% grass fed cows' milk in or around Charlotte NC. I can't even find any store that will special order it. Not Whole Foods and not Earth Fare. Any suggestions? Thank you.

There is this product by Amazing Grass called Amazing Meal (Chocolate Infusion) I typically used this as a protien drink before/after WODs. However, I am trying to be Paelo and I was curious if this product is Paleo friendly?

I went grocery shopping at whole foods today for grass fed and finished beef. I couldn't find anything that said specifically "grass-fed" in the meat section. All I found was vegatarian diet. Is this the same?

If I can't afford to buy grass fed beef, I don't buy beef...I've done way too much research on feedlot cattle to compromise, more than just occasionally...If I was at someone's house for dinner I would eat it and keep my mouth shut.

Check out the websites for Tesco and any other supermarkets close to you. Our local is a Waitrose and their website is really informative about how all their meat is sourced and raised.
