As far as I know -- pig's aren't grass-fed. Which brand carries the best bacon to use for our cavemen friends?

US Wellness's pork bacon is horribly salty. I'm throwing it out. Their beef bacon is essentially inedible. My favorite is Niman Ranch bacon. I have no idea if it's wild/forage/pastured but it's far less salty than most and absolutely delish. (more)

I think lamb could totally take beef in a street fight. But beef has more friends, so lamb might get jacked. Bison is like the Vin Diesel of ruminant meats, so he would just run into the fight and BAM! - totally kick the living crap out of beef... (more)

Casein is a protein present in cow's milk no matter what they've been fed. Easiest solution: quit eating bread.

You can pretty much do whatever you would do with the equivalent cut of beef - the veal is a bit more tender and has a milder flavour.

I would skip the nuts as much as you can... omega 6s as well as gut irritants. If you can find it you may wanna try veal liver, it's waaaaaay more palatable than beef liver. good luck!
