I've just started the paleodiet a few weeks ago. How do you shop in order to not get bored from the same food items? I've already run into a rut with the same regiment of 5-6 meals/snacks a day. Any suggestions?
I'm currently trying to reduce my food budget, but it seems a difficult task. This month I'm already over $700/month (canadian) for two people. It just seems ridiculous to me, especially since not all my meat is organic, or grass fed, and we're... (more)

Can I ask why people drink coconut water? I tried some a few months (pre-paleo) and found it nauseating (then again I found red meat nauseating a few months ago too). What are the benefits?
I don't know about the rest of you, but trying to buy Paleo food means I am usually running to one store or another almost everyday. One place to buy coconut milk, another for something else, etc... And then, of course, some store fails me. Or... (more)

I am at work and did not bring a lunch with me today. There is a grocery store around the corner from the office. What can I get for lunch that does not require any cooking and stay Paleo? BTW, this is a newbie.
I'm now taking extra time in the grocery store to read every label, and do my research, and evaluate all things anew, because you never know what is in the thing till you read the label...( deep breath ) The stores are full of things I would not... (more)
