I've heard that some salmon is just tilapia (which is ridiculous). I can get these frozen packages of salmon for about $1.30 for 4 ounces of salmon. That's about $5.20/lb. Is this too good to be true? Here's their site. http://yiheseafood.com/ (more)

"some salmon is just tilapia" is the scariest thing I have heard all day. is there labeling that differentiates it? Something like they do with Surimi or Krab?

The Northwest isn't exactly beef-land. Stick with the best seafood on earth. I like Olympia Seafood in Olympia for fresh Dungeness crab, but Pike Place is good if I'm in Seattle.

I don't know about 'feel any difference', but i can taste a difference. Assuming they are all 100% natural, with nothing added, I can only guess that the difference in taste comes down to three factors; 1. coconut source/type 2. coconut age 3. how... (more)
