i know that insulin is storing hormone, so that's the reason we avoid carbs. what about muscle building, i mean is it possible to grow muscles with 0 carbs a day.

I did grow 1 full inch after dropping vegetarianism! Also, working in kitchens and standing aaallll daaaaaay with minimalist shoes has made my feet considerably, noticeably wider. So it could be a lifestyle thing too!

Slightly overfeed on carbs for a few weeks. Very low fat and at least 3 meals per day. I notice when I do this my hair and nails grow ridiculously quick.
