Diet first. Seem people can't tolerate probiotics or ferments until the gut is more healed. Look into SCD or GAPS.

Lauren perhaps you want to rule out any parasites or bacteria in your gut. Would be worth it given the long standing loose stools. Bugs can linger a long time in the GI tract. Would look at what is there that shouldn't be and what is missing... (more)
