I find insoluble fibre is really inflammatory. Soluble fibre is fine.

You can be sensitive to gluten and not be considered celiac by the usual tests. Doesn't mean you can eat wheat. Don't assume that sugar is safe for you just because everyone eats it, after all "everyone" eats wheat too.

I second going to see a GI. You need a camera sent through both ends to see what's going on. Food wise, try avoiding insoluble fiber rich vegetables, and eat more already-fermented vegetables for gut healing: sauerkraut and pickled vegetables. (more)
