You really need to eat more. There's no way to get bigger and stronger without eating more. You clearly aren't eating enough. I recommend increasing your daily caloric intake to around 3000kcal/day. My 120lb 5'1 girlfriend eats 3000kcal/day for... (more)

treadmills. What's wrong with the pavement? I think people who drive to a gym to walk on a treadmill ought be committed. The only excuse is when there's so much snow outside you can't run.

Cork board if you are looking for green/sustainable and concerned about VOCs and indoor air quality. It's dense and firm for lifting weights, aerobic activities yet offers a padding to protect your joints if doing plyometrics. Costly though. (more)
