Weighing myself daily. Sometimes more than once. Worse than that is getting upset over a number, despite knowing everything I do about fat loss, glycogen, water retention, building lean mass, etc. Ugh.

Just food. I try and vary my diet as much as possible, lessens chances of deficiencies and toxicities. I do a morning coffee daily.

I used to nibble on mine when I was younger until they'd break off. Looked pretty ugly. Then I started applying a coat of nail polish topcoat (clear) because it tastes awful and acted as a deterrent to biting them.

Could there be a benefit to early rising? I don't start school until late August so I have been waking up at 11:30-12 ish everyday. What do you champions think?
