You may be eating more calories, or low carb does not suit you - especially if you are doing a lot of training. Try paleo with more carbs and less fat and see how you feel / train etc

If water causes heart burn, I would say you have a low amount of stomach acid. Water should not have a negative effect on your health... Recommend you look into some Digestive Enzymes, or HCL to address that issue. (I use Now foods ones) Coffee... (more)
