If water causes heart burn, I would say you have a low amount of stomach acid. Water should not have a negative effect on your health... Recommend you look into some Digestive Enzymes, or HCL to address that issue. (I use Now foods ones) Coffee... (more)

Why was I leaner on a SAD than the paleo diet. Mod protein mod carbs low fat compared to mod protein high'ish fats low carb? Training has not changed... Please hack my thoughts

You may be eating more calories, or low carb does not suit you - especially if you are doing a lot of training. Try paleo with more carbs and less fat and see how you feel / train etc

Had an infection? Aspirin, alcohol can contribute to those values. agree with the b12, try sublingual b12 if you can't get injection. (not a dr use at own risk)
