The best thing you can do, in my opinion, is wait. 1.5 months is not that long and given you lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, this means you have stalled for about 3 weeks now. I would say 15 pounds gone after 1.5 months is a very good result. Paleo is... (more)

Your success will be 3 months when you're still losing weight and they've gained theirs back. But you probabl shouldn't listen to me, I think competitions have too high a possibility of participants abusing themselves over it.

one non paleo thing that actually works is Maca in your smoothies. It really decreases cortisol and increase progesterone. Also can boost Testosterone in some folks.
