I know most of you are going to say no-poo, and I have tried no-poo. It was nice in the summer because I didn't have to shower twice a day anymore, but it made my hair look dull. As a blonde, shiny hair is very important! I stopped doing no-poo... (more)

Unwanted hair on the face or body can mar the most exquisite of features and figures. The repeated regime of shaving, tweezing or waxing to remove unwanted hair is not just costly but also time consuming and uncomfortable. That is why people opt... (more)
Hello Paleo's I am a 23 year old male who has been about 80% paleo since 2010. In the past two years I noticed itchy dandruff followed by hair loss in the past year or so. I had a thick head of hair up until I was about 22. Its super depressing... (more)

UV lightens hair like that if you're out in it enough. Not "paleo" or anything, but try a purple (google Shimmer lights) or blue-violet shampoo (Aveda makes a good one) to remove the brassiness as needed.
