It's been a month no poo method but now i started to have severe hair fall. Whenever my hair is wet, after tie or while combing! Helppppp. But the result was good like ny hair is so clean and soft also shining except this hair fall problem..

Hair loss is a thyroid issue, probably hypothyroidism (under-active) or hashimoto's (an autoimmune disease which causes hypothyroidism).
