What are you eating exactly and are you eating at least enough for your basal metabolic rate * 1.2? How much are you working out? I can see headaches as a symptom of hunger, but it could also be something else. Hence, the questions. (more)

That is odd, I had severe heartburn until I started paleo. Whole30, so you aren't consuming alcohol? Where do you get your water from? What is your typical diet like? Any bananas or tomatoes by chance?

I think the cause of the headache matters. I get nasty sinus headaches, cold would hurt more but warmth sometimes helps. Some headaches are caused by vasoconstriction and caffeine will help to dilate the blood vessels. It may clear your thinking... (more)
