I don't seem to have tannin sensitivity, but I get headache from pomengranate juice. What other possible explanations?

Do you do dairy? If so perhaps you can get some cream from your local farm. I find Bone marrow really tasty and it's basically pure fat just about. Hope that helps, best of luck!

I've found that the best way to alleviate dehydration headaches is by drinking pure water (no salt or electrolytes added) and eating some potassium-rich foods. Potassium balances out sodium in the body.

There are plenty of high-calorie things you can eat-especially if you eat dairy - such as cream. You may want to explore the amount of sugar you're loading on the early part of the day as the reason for your headaches.
