What are you eating exactly and are you eating at least enough for your basal metabolic rate * 1.2? How much are you working out? I can see headaches as a symptom of hunger, but it could also be something else. Hence, the questions. (more)

That is odd, I had severe heartburn until I started paleo. Whole30, so you aren't consuming alcohol? Where do you get your water from? What is your typical diet like? Any bananas or tomatoes by chance?

Do you do dairy? If so perhaps you can get some cream from your local farm. I find Bone marrow really tasty and it's basically pure fat just about. Hope that helps, best of luck!

I've found that the best way to alleviate dehydration headaches is by drinking pure water (no salt or electrolytes added) and eating some potassium-rich foods. Potassium balances out sodium in the body.
