About 3 ounces of liver a week. Too much liver can actually make things worse. Also, your thyroid needs to be working well. Low vitamin A is a frequent cause of acne but not the only one.

Cholesterol is only found in animals, not plants, so there is none in coconut. And dietary cholesterol does not raise cholesterol in the blood. Dietary cholesterol is actually very good to consume, especially for hormone function.
