I have always had greatly asymmetrical face, but since I have been on WAPF diet, it has improved immensely. I've seen some kind of post of a person which described his/her (I don't remember) experience and it is pretty similar to mine - one eye below the other, nose turned to a side, eyebrow higher than the other one, different eye shape. It was a disaster, especially on photos - two completely diferrent person. But now, it is much much better, even my teeth are more in line. I am completely sure I'm not imaginating this, because many people around me tell that I look prettier. Has anyone else had this happened? I would really like to read some of your experiences if you have had one! Thanks.

Yes, it is definitely because my jaw is widening so my teeth are much less crowded. I would really like to know what age you are exactly, but it is O.K. if you don't want to tell, of course. Because I was sure that our our skeleton is mostly formed by age of 20-22.

I know it seems like a fairytale to the others, but this has always been one of my biggest worries, I have to tell you that. In fact, I've read quite a few researchs that point out how symmetrical face is a sign of a good psychological health, and I know I'm definitely feeling much better now than before the WAPF diet in many ways. I was quite obsessed with that always hating to look my self in the mirror...and now....oh, God, look at this beauty (health)!:D Weston Price researched this and he found out about importance of a healthy nutrient dense food on development of facial structure.

No, but I do eat plenty of egg yolks and occasionally (meaning 2 times per week) beef liver. Actually, I make some bone broth, too, but that is pretty rare, I guess, once a month. I'm 20 now and my teeth are still lining them self, I feel and see it. I would love to see if someone else has experienced this, but I guess it is pretty rare or everyone is symmetrical already. :D

while it may seem hard to believe, I am experiencing something similar since I started working on my health (and I am in my 30's). I personally think it has to do with jaw, neck and head muscle relaxing, given your face an overall softer, more even look. It my case it's not specifically the WAPF diet but a variety of health improvement strategies.

Beware… you're venturing into pseudo-science territory.

What's more likely? Pure coincidence. Heck, I've had the complete opposite result, I lost alignment in my teeth after being "paleo" for a few years. Do I blame paleo? Not at all, my loss of alignment is very common, just looking as folks age.

While I would agree is seems a bit hard to believe, I would offer.... are your 'before' & 'after' photos not good evidence of the positive changes? As well as your friends' comments?

YEARS ago I had a couple friends fall into recreational drug use as well as steroids and extreme diets.... they got progressively less good looking. :(

So by analogy, I'd believe that a proper healthy diet can nudge us in the other direction. :)

Wow, that's amazing!!! I guess, once you are over 30, your face is pretty much fixed.

I would love to see your before and after photos, but that will be jeopardizing your privacy...

Do you take Green Pastures fermented cod liver oil and butter oil as well?
