It's not just ketosis, but also sugar & salt withdrawal combined with fluid re-regulation. Make sure you are drinking enough water and getting adequate minerals in your diet.

A lot of your symptoms are probably being caused by electrolyte depletion / imbalance. If you're low carb, you need to be consuming about 5 grams of sodium a day. 5 days / week of intense cardio is not healthy either.

It's probably the caffeine/theobromine. It's not something a sensitive person would notice from white or milk chocolate probably, but it's quite concentrated in the darker versions.

Are you now eating something you have not eaten before, i.e. more nuts, shellfish/fish, etc? There may be some allergies, keep a food journal for a bit and see how you go. Possibly a better idea before you start supplementing straight away.

I would at least rule out electrolyte imbalance. Eat more salt, bone or beef broth and take a Magnesium chelate supplement. Bananas or avocados for potassium. More seafood.
