I get so confused about not having dairy, but then it is ok to have heavy grass-fed cream? why is that ok, and not full fat yogurt, milk, etc? or is it just an individual's choice?

If you have eaten no carbs at all you might be constipated. Have you been eating non-starchy vegetables? If you are having eggs &/or bacon for breakfast, have some mushrooms or a tomato, and have plenty of green vegetables with your dinner. (more)

Around a litre a week, maybe more. Lady in the local shop commented the other day, "gee you go through a lot of cream". I replied, "I love it, I often drink it straight from the carton, I don't drink milk". She looked at me very strangely.

If you're just a few weeks in, you could still be having some "low carb flu" issues. In my case though, to answer your question, I never feel "heavy" from fat/protein. I definitely bloat and feel heavy from starches (much less so from fruit.)... (more)
