Hey thanks so much for your response! Calorie wise they recommend 1500ish so I could cut back a little there. My BMI is just in the healthy range (so surely weight to lose)? Waist to height ratio of 44.1 so not amazing but healthy. (more)

From what I hear, DE is used to get rid of parasites, and parasites can cause waking in the middle of the night. The other 3AM wakeup root cause is low glucose. So maybe try to increase your carbs. Eat some starchy carbs with your dinner. ... (more)

when i was on SCD, i used coconut flour mixed with almond flour. i usually didn't bake solely with coconut flour because i can't eat eggs. for some reason, you need more eggs when you bake with coconut flour.
