I got rid of almost all processed foods, condiments. Apple Cider Vinegar is fine to keep. Agave is bad news as far as sweeteners. I like to have fish sauce around to use in place of all the savory condiments I used to use. I keep some dates and... (more)

I think the question is pretty self-explanatory lol since I started strict paleo two weeks ago I've had some trouble with this aspect of the lifestyle. Also I've heard spinach and coconut flour but nope, don't work for me. Thanks (more)

Any change in diet can cause funky changes to happen to your digestion. This would explain it if you're new to paleo. Eat plenty of vegetables, homemade bone broth (the geletain will help the muscles in the intestines), get enough probiotics... (more)
