I dont want to put too much strain on myself, but is it safe to do pushups, pullups, burpees, etc?

Yes. If the activity does not cause pain you are ok. If it causes pain then you need more time to heal before doing those activities. Specifically, Pushups and Pullups will provide virtually no stress on that areas. Burpees, especially the... (more)

My roids have gotten better, but is it okay to do a high intensity workout like insanity, or HIIT? Im very caustious about lofting weights right now. Any advice is much appreciated

Yes. Take it easy, warm up properly and see how you feel. Gradually increase intensity until it gets to a point of discomfort. And then stop. Next time out try going a bit further

What kind of diet should i do so i dont take too many dumps a day, (but i dont want to be constipated) and let my anus heal. This sucks, i cant workout so im looking forward to healing so i can get back into the grind. Any advice is much appreciated. (more)

I don't know about the underlying cause, but have read that topical iodine, preferably diluted in oil, gets rid of them quickly.

I've been paleo for over a year and I got them. I think the cheap toilet paper I was using inflamed the area. I switched to flushable wipes which is a kind of wet toilet paper.
