Most people do somewhere in the neighborhood of 20% of calories as protein. Of course, that's 20% of weight maintenance calories. I wouldn't go over 25%, unless you have a specific reason, such as being a work out junkie. That said, really what... (more)

Getting a pullup/chinup gimmick that mounts to the door frame is pretty easy they run around thirty bucks. Mine made a mark on the frame but hasn't damaged it.

I always feel great when I eat starchy vegetables cooked in coconut oil. Perhaps it is more dependent on the type of fat/carb.
