Getting a pullup/chinup gimmick that mounts to the door frame is pretty easy they run around thirty bucks. Mine made a mark on the frame but hasn't damaged it.

You're way overthinking it. There's not problems with high fat and high carb whole foods, the problem is when they are refined and hyperpalatable.

Sounds like white coat hypertension. The stress of going to the doctor (especially given your obsession with the numbers) likely raised you BP AND your BG. Keep monitoring at home.
