is it possible? I've asked for high calorie advice before and everyone just tells me to eat nuts, and I really really don't tolerate nuts, except coconut. Does it really make sense to go through cans of coconut milk a day? I want some variety,... (more)

I do not do any diary, in an form...no butters or creams. I have coconut milk and oil, olive oil, fish, meat, tons of veggies, but I still am only getting 1500 calories a day, and I'm not hungry, I run 3 miles every other day, and I'm ALWAYS COLD,... (more)

In case you're consuming enough (and not fasting) then I don't think you ought to be feeling COLD. Track your day by day macronutrient admission. I think you are not consuming enough protein and fat. Protein supports in legitimate thermoregulation... (more)

Omegas help skin too, eat more fish (yes - it can be affordable) and/or take supplements. I certainly notice my skin stays clear when my omega intake is maintained.

If you are really unable to do a lot of fat I suggest you get some carbs in the way of potatoes. I've got a low fodmap salad which includes carrot, cucumber, radish, lettuce, kale and spinach. Easy to make and fodmap friendly, just don't forget... (more)

Eating straight protein, like tuna or chicken breast, will often fill me up. If I've been active and need carbs, a sweet potato will do the trick. Sometimes, I like to have yogurt or kefir after a meal and feel quite full after a little of that. (more)

How about heavy cream? It's quite drinkable, has a great taste, and is calorie dense.
