IIRC macros for weight loss is 25% carbs, as high protein as you like within reason, I would imagine more = better for weight loss 10-35% ( 15-25% probably sweet spot ) and fill the rest with fat 40-60%.Also have to keep in mind messing with your... (more)

I haven't had an occular migraine in months (knock on wood.) For a while, I was getting a couple a week and saw a couple doctors. For me, I believe I traced it back to a folate / b12 issue.
