I haven't had an occular migraine in months (knock on wood.) For a while, I was getting a couple a week and saw a couple doctors. For me, I believe I traced it back to a folate / b12 issue.

I have Hashimoto's and have found that I do best on a Perfect Health Diet kind of plan. You also want to find a doctor that knows how to treat it. It's very tricky. If you haven't already, check out Kharrazian and Haskin. (more)
