Cholesterol is only found in animals, not plants, so there is none in coconut. And dietary cholesterol does not raise cholesterol in the blood. Dietary cholesterol is actually very good to consume, especially for hormone function.

You definitely should not be worried about that cholesterol. Total cholesterol levels between 200 and 240 correlate to the lowest mortality rate.
