I really like mayonnaise and eat it with a lot of things, almond butter is amazing, bulletproof coffee will get fat in really easily, and I do a lot of coconut milk "milkshakes" with stevia and cocoa powder.

egg nog made out of canned coconut milk and egg yolks raw or cooked has quite a bit of saturated fat in it...i know the yolks have some pufas but it might make it easier to drink back a can of coconut milk like that.

Lactose may not be the problem. Lots of people cannot tolerate casein, which is a protein found in milk. There is no pill to reduce casein, like there is for lactose. A big dose of fat on an empty stomach may cause reflux.
