Carbs not fat are generally associated with hair growth. Lots of people go LC and have issues with hair loss. LC is a therapeutic diet, it is not meant to be sustained indefinitely.

Plus you are getting tens of grams of PUFA, depending on which fats you are eating. That may not be good.
