I'm worried that I'm eating too much fat. In one meal I can easily take in a whole avocado and a tablespoon or two of butter also maybe a little coconut oil as I'm no longer scared of the stuff. Is that much dietary fat detrimental for fat loss?I... (more)

IIRC macros for weight loss is 25% carbs, as high protein as you like within reason, I would imagine more = better for weight loss 10-35% ( 15-25% probably sweet spot ) and fill the rest with fat 40-60%.Also have to keep in mind messing with your... (more)

Plus you are getting tens of grams of PUFA, depending on which fats you are eating. That may not be good.
