Have you found any recommendations personally helpful and started using any of them regularly? I am talking about less common things, not so much about ideas that are already widely adopted in Paleo community.

IMO, too much canned food. High sodium retains water. I agree also , you may be overtraining and not giving your body time to heal and it's considering itself injured and holding all calories.

Hey! So I'm not losing any weight at all on a low carb paleo diet and I'm doing this since ever, so I decided to find a workout routine that I'll stick to long-term (instead of going nuts on some fancy sport and dropping it after two weeks). ... (more)

Unless you're aiming for ketosis, I see no harm in adding some extra carbs for your PWO-meal. If I'm correct, a little insulin-spike could help with recovery and growth - unless you're solely looking to burn as much fat as possible.

I do most of my runs, lifts, and sprints on an empty stomach. You will not loose muscle by exercising in a fasted state. It is far more important what you do after your exercise. Get enough protein, get enough food, get enough sleep! (more)
