I purchased the Ancient Minerals magnesium oil spray a few days ago and began using it. Today my arm began itching and rashing. I wondered if this means I need to increase my calcium?

Do you put anything in your coffee? Most coffee creamers, both dairy and non dairy, have a ton of unnecessary ingredients and hidden allergens. Coffee allergy is pretty rare so I was thinking it could be something else like that.

If the antibiotic you took was a fluoroquinolone, then you might have had a reaction to it. They cause damage to tendons, ligaments—basically all connective tissue. This might be the reason you're afflicted with tendonitis throughout your body. (more)

Maybe look into histamine? Histadelia etc. Paleo foods are loaded with histamines, and it's a cumulative problem, also, vietnamese cuisine uses fish sauce which has so much histamine that it can cause problems even with people who can break down... (more)

I think this is just hypoglycemia, weakening your immune system. It's pretty difficult to stabilize blood sugar, but eating a lot of fruit helps.
