Type 1 diabetic, Crossfit Athlete, Strict Paleo dieter. Looking to figure out why he can't lose last 10 lbs of belly fat in mid section. I want to do an ASI and Hormone test but not sure which of these to choose. I've heard Chris Kresser mention some of these but don't have time to dig deep into his work right now to know which ones. What labs should I run?

Wrt testing, the only one that you might to take are the thyroid tests: TSH, free T3, free T4 and antithyroid antibodies tests. You can probably find these tests bundled in some sort of thyroid panel. However I would be surprised if your thyroid is messed up. Weight gain is a symptom of hypothyroidism but the added weight should all over, not centered around your gut ... I believe. And hypothyroid individuals are usually too exhausted to do Crossfit. Having said this, since you are an autoimmune disease sufferer you stand a good chance of being hit with another. So it might be good to see if there are antithyroid antibodies present.
Personally I think you might want to check your carb intake as the cause of your belly fat.
