Probably not.  Most likely its due to the dietary a change, and your body being thrown out of homeostasis.   Evolutionarily speaking, a change to dietary input could signal a change to available food resources.... (more)

Eat more fat. Don't steam your kale - saute it in bacon grease. Fat will give you the satiety you are not getting from starches. There is some fat in the meat, but I find it is not enough for me either.
