I think upping your carbohydrate intake may help, especially since you are so very active. Squashes, brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes may help. Maybe even some berries. Hope this helps a little!

If you are having trouble affording grass fed meat, try regular grocery store meat. It's obviously not an ideal solution, but it would give you more food for your budget.
