I can't get more than 6-7 hours of sleep most nights. I'm in college and I actually feel fine when I wake up. I'm not tired and just can't even sleep more. On breaks I sleep maybe 8 to 9. But I'm kind of worried cause I know sleep is important... (more)

If you don't feel like crap then you're fine, when I fasted for a week I was sleeping 4-5 hours a night but felt totally rested, wish I could it everyday!
