You can be sensitive to gluten and not be considered celiac by the usual tests. Doesn't mean you can eat wheat. Don't assume that sugar is safe for you just because everyone eats it, after all "everyone" eats wheat too.

Is there a stress/relaxation connection? Maybe a magnesium supplement could help? But you say nothing helps. Have you tried magnesium? Vitamin D? bone broth?

My favorite packable snack is beef jerky with coconut flakes and raisins. Sounds light, but it is incredibly satisfying without being filling. When I take my kids on field trips this is all I take, and it feeds me all day.

Thank you! It does indeed help. I mainly use rice as fuel when needed, as I'm not a huge fan of fruit. And sometimes i need my carbs! Especially when the hospital is a mad house. Any snack ideas?

There is a male birth control that was in the works. I believe it was from cottonseed oil which isn't paleo at all. But it had far less side effects. It was killed off like most male birth controls tend to be.
