[26/m] I've been eating a very steady diet the past month. Mostly "Perfect Health Diet" style meals of grass-fed steak, fish, basamati rice, yams, raw milk, pasture butter, coconut oil, full-fat Fage, then tons of veggies and fruit. No deviation... (more)

Okay, so this may seem like a no-brainer, but if ice cream (assume high quality content: organic, grassfed dairy and no crappy fillers like guar gum) has such all-star ingredients -----like heavy cream and egg yolk!---why is it considered bad for... (more)

I guess it's because it does tend to contain a lot of sugar. It's also really easy to eat a lot of, I guess because of its texture/consistency and mouthfeel. The fact that it contains high quality cream doesn't change the fact that you're eating a... (more)
