I mash up some frozen bananas to make banana soft serve (sometimes with coconut flakes, some nuts, or some cocoa powder, it's like a blizzard from DQ!) and then top it with some coconut cream, yummmm!

All animal fats are good but it's better for it to come from a ruminant in my opinion. Butter/ghee is also great. If you are going to eat cheese, I suggest Gouda, because gouda is the only cheese with the highest amounts of vitamin k2.
I tend to go to the store and just grab some produce, meat/seafood, and then make a stew with that until I run out. Then go back and do it again with different vegetables/meat/seafood variations. What are your go-to meals?

Yep! Salad from finely chopped fennel, orange wedges and black olives is superb! Salad dressing made out of orange juice, olive oil and a little mustard to accompany!

I just really liked those "choose your own adventure books" growing up. Maybe a choose your own diet book. You could see what would happen to you at the end. Lots of illustrations too.
