On workout days I need to eat around 3600 calories. Getting to 2700 is easy and then I run out of ideas so I just eat enough raw butter/coconut oil/peanut butter/nuts to make up the rest. Does anyone have good ideas how to eat more fat during... (more)

I mash up some frozen bananas to make banana soft serve (sometimes with coconut flakes, some nuts, or some cocoa powder, it's like a blizzard from DQ!) and then top it with some coconut cream, yummmm!

IMO, you are exercising too much. Why are you weightlifting so many days? I am 44, and 2-3 days a week is enough, although I walk as much as you do. Your body may be holding on to the weight in self-defense, stressing your body will not help.... (more)

All animal fats are good but it's better for it to come from a ruminant in my opinion. Butter/ghee is also great. If you are going to eat cheese, I suggest Gouda, because gouda is the only cheese with the highest amounts of vitamin k2.

I tend to go to the store and just grab some produce, meat/seafood, and then make a stew with that until I run out. Then go back and do it again with different vegetables/meat/seafood variations. What are your go-to meals?

Yep! Salad from finely chopped fennel, orange wedges and black olives is superb! Salad dressing made out of orange juice, olive oil and a little mustard to accompany!
