I have a bad anxiety condition and sometimes it flares up while fasting. Is it OK to use the amino acid Theanine during a fast (IF)?

Could you please elaborate? Due to my anxiety condition my cortisol levels are probably elevated. But why should one not fast with high cortisol levels?

i dont think eating every 5 hours is grazing... assuming your awake 16 hours a day that equates to about 3 meals, which seems pretty normal imo. if you dont eat every 5ish hours your almost guaranteed to be fasting... which is not always... (more)
