i dont think eating every 5 hours is grazing... assuming your awake 16 hours a day that equates to about 3 meals, which seems pretty normal imo. if you dont eat every 5ish hours your almost guaranteed to be fasting... which is not always... (more)

Breastfeeding and fasting is a really bad idea if you're feeding your baby regularly (ie, not down to just once a day nursing). Don't mess with that. You will have your whole life to do paleo challenges.

If you have problems after eating a large meal than why not eat smaller meals and 3 or 4 times a day? I think eating only one meal would make it even worse since that meal would have to be huge.
